I bring over 15 years of experience teaching mindfulness in high pressure and high impact environments such as Fortune 500 corporations, non profits, hospitals, and federal agencies.
I've guided thousands of people from executives to healthcare professionals through evidence-based practices that reduce stress, sharpen focus, and build lasting resilience.
I'm a Qualified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher through Brown University's School of Public Health, with advanced training in Dr. Judson Brewer's neuroscience-based habit change model. This means the tools we use are not only time tested through decades of mindfulness research, but also grounded in the latest behavioral and brain science.
We combine the structure of coaching with the depth of contemplative practice.
